RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every purchase by a domestic consumer comes with a 7 day money back guarantee, effective from the date you received your goods. If you want to return goods, they must be returned to us, at your cost, in a saleable condition. This means the goods and their packaging must not be damaged. Broken seals on blister packs are deemed damaged. Primed / fuelled engines are not saleable.
For trade, we may at our discretion accept return of non-defective goods.
For both domestic consumers and trade, BesserTrim will replace any defective goods that we supply. Claims for missing or defective goods must be made within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must be made in accordance with the following returns procedure which is web based and, at every stage, you will be kept updated by email. Registered Users can log on to your account at any time to check the current status.
First You Must Tell Us That You Want to Return A Product
You must complete an RMA request (RMA is an industry standard abbreviation for ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’).
For Registered Users to do this:

– Select ‘RMA’ (which is an industry standard abbreviation for ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’) where you will be guided through the RMA process.
Our Authorising an RMA Request
Once we receive a completed RMA request, we will review it and, subject to our Returns and Refunds policy, authorise it. Authorisation means that you can return the product to us and we provide you with the corresponding documentation to do so (termed an ‘RMA label’). Note, all inbound deliveries to our warehouse must be documented and expected, and therefore we cannot accept a return without an RMA label.
Your Returning Goods To Us
You are responsible for safely returning goods us. For your own piece of mind, we recommend that you take care to properly package the goods (including the RMA label) and ideally use a recorded delivery service. You may also wish to photograph the goods for proof of their condition prior to return.
Replacement or Refund
Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be inspected and, subject to our Returns and Refunds policy and your preference, a replacement or refund may be issued. If a replacement or refund is not possible, at your cost, we can send your returned goods back to you, including after repair if appropriate.
